Community Based Rehab
Community Based Rehabilitation Services are specialized instruction services offered through the NC Infant-Toddler Program. This service is for children under the age of three (3) who have a developmental delay and/or health condition. In home services are provided to enhance skill development and growth. Caregiver training is also provided for consistency and developmental progress.
